I read a book called ‘The Power of When’ which deals with Chronotypes and natural body rhythms. I’d highly recommend getting it, and losing the guilt that comes with being ‘A Wolf’ — we’re late to bed, late to rise and at our best in the afternoon and early morning.

Ancient human societies needed people who could get up and gather firewood, they also needed people to stay up and guard the sleepers. They needed people who slept a lot and people who slept a little.

The book and the theories contained within made perfect sense to me — and massively changed how I think about sleep, creativity and most importantly when I choose to do different things in my life.
