I saw Patrick Stewart and Ian Mckellen do it, with Simon Callow and Ronald Pickup. I've got very little desire to ever see it again(!) Not because I didn't enjoy it, but because I enjoyed it far too much on that occasion. It's a great play and one of the few things Beckett wrote I've found watchable. I was on attachment at the OV when they dug up some of his early stuff and my god it was tedious. This version sounds great and I love Wishaw - but I think I'm still going to stick rather than twist. Once you've seen Magneto and Professor X being those tramps, you've hit the theatre ceiling ;o)
