I see what you’re saying, but I think you’re doing your own false equivalency…. 129 out of 330,000 rather than 660,000 (presuming trans includes trans men who can’t be charged with rape ) is still a small amount. But on a quick cursory glance, it seems there are 13,000(ish) prisoners serving time for rape/sexual assault. Out of a potential 50% of a population of 70 million. So 13,000 of 35 million is also quite a small figure. I’d need to check the figures properly rather than just on the fly - but I think rapists are a statistical anomaly within the population anyway - and the same would be true of trans-women in a smaller subset I will call ‘people legally capable of rape’.
