I suppose the question remains which thing do you want to tackle first. I'm not convinced we can throw socialism over everything - nor do I think we could mandate equality of work jobs (though it would be hilarious).

I think you're broadly correct, I think men have to solve the problem men have created and I think the solution is (usually) voting for better working rights, better unions and better bargaining power against abusive structures. This will lower the amount of tension, residual anger and resentment.

It's that, or we just split off into two halves of the world and only meet up for procreation Tuesdays. ;o)
