I think it is. I think the answer is socialism, primarily the sort of socialism that creates free nursery places, lots of social workers, plenty of early years interventions and well trained and well compensated foster carers. If you get the early years right, you get a lot less personality disorders. However, if you've got a lot of people with personality disorders and/or sociopathy then they'll do well in a highly competitive capitalist society. And especially Hollywood.
