I think so. I had 4.1K reads on a piece I wrote outside of my normal offerings and its bringing in a much higher rate than I was expecting. I don't really check the rates of these things as I'm not that interested in the money aspect of the pieces - but it is noticeably higher than its contemporaries. :o)
