I wanted you to know that I nominated this for a Boost - because I read all 42 minutes of this and I thought it was epic. I enjoyed it immensely, but Medium is taking a hard line against opinion pieces, particularly anything with generalisations about groups of people - at the moment and they have turned it down. This seems particularly true of centre or right-leaning opinion pieces, which almost never get boosted. That said, don't be disheartened and keep writing. Each of these sections is a full article in its own right - and you may benefit from breaking it down into smaller chunks and sending them somewhere like Political Prism or even to Colby Hess and Free Factor. This is REALLY REALLY REALLY good writing - and I'm livid that Medium Boosters can't see the difference between puff-piece left-wing lamenting (it was all the fault of men/whites/Kamala/Biden/Nancy Pelosi) and strong technical analysis of the issues with key examples.
