I was never worried about Trump because he lacked the capacity to sustain useful relationships. Hitler and Stalin both killed their political frennemies, Trump just gave his automatic book deals. He was never going to keep the smart people he needed to push his ideology.... he also didn't have much of an ideology. It was just him. When Bannon left, I breathed a small sigh of relief.
