I was saying that in the world of child protection a long time ago..... if you think you've done your kids a favour by keeping them in their rooms so you can see them, you've pretty much doubled their chances of being abused. The chances of a random paedophile abduction are remote, you're more likely to get your kids abused by picking the wrong family member to babysit.
