I work in theatre, there are plenty of writing opportunities only open to LGBTQ+ writers, grants available for LGBTQ+ writers, and acting roles specifically casting LGBTQ+ people. Do you believe that’s fair? That business presumably isn’t saying you can’t come in if you’re LGBTQ+? It’s just offering a discount or advantage if you’re heterosexual or present as heterosexual?
