Any pluralistic state which contains multi-ethnic inhabitants but only allows one particular family to be the de-facto leader of that country must be racist. It's a lack of equity with no obvious way to readdress the balance. So yes, all the monarchies are racist. Saudi Monarchies are racist, Japanese monarchies are racist, any monarchy that uses hereditary lineage is by default a racist institution.
Another system of monarchy might be to simply elect a monarch. This has happened in history and sometimes in the UK. This would be a less racist way of doing things... and no, there doesn't have to be a non-white on the throne to be progressive, there has to be the potential for a non-white person to get there - that's all.
Do not worry about the claps. These things even themselves out in the end :o)
