I would say these are the push-pull directions of femininity and masculinity at the extreme end. I would say these aren't the natural expressions of either. Often when you're getting to the roid-ridden gym rat and the nip-tuck lady you're looking at where poor self-esteem meets gender expression.

But I think the vast majority of people can reject both these gender extremes and remain within the bellcurve of binary gender expression. I'd argue that's what most people do in reality. Or are you suggesting it's roid-rat then non-binary then barbie - with no further delineation?
