I write what interests me because that is the best way to make my writing interesting - usually it centres around history. If I find a bit of law that's interesting and i think I can do it justice then I'll throw it into an article. For the record, I am interested in British politics - but alas, a largely American readership on Medium doesn't bite and the pieces usually sink without trace. The algorithm just doesn't feed it to you because it doesn't know you want it. I thinks you want my controversial identity politics pieces.
