If they are in prison and awaiting trial, then they are awaiting trial and presumed innocent. The last line of your article is, at this point, conjecture and libel. That isn't to say they didn't do it, only the court can make that judgment, but I would be very wary of making such a definitive statement in print prior to a court ruling. You're leaving yourself wide open - I would recommend a very quick re-write with the word 'allegedly' front and centre.
