I’ll go and listen to that later today - cos it seems interesting. I read the first few bits of transcript and the initial argument is that men and boys are being left economically behind and particularly prone to suffer if caught in poverty.. it might be evolution, it possibly is. I’d argue that there is probably a mild genetic bias towards men who can fight well; and women who can manipulate well - this seems to be the sort of blueprint.

But it doesn’t resolve the problem that left leaning women are now out in the political cold, fomenting nonsense like 4B and the left is still failing to understand that leaning into identity differences was a bad strategy in a country beset with economic woes in a large part of the electorate. These are the in-roads feminism needs to make - if more women are going to university and are smarter than men overall, and I think that’s probably feasible, why aren’t they able to get men on board with this?

It’s either a collective failure to understand the problem and solutions, a failure to involve men in solving the problem or it’s the patriarchy. I’d argue it’s a combination of 1 and 2. Echo chambers insist it’s 3.

I’ll have a listen to the NPR, thanks for the link. :o)
