I'm afraid the answer for why I'm taking the left to task for whining on Twitter and not the right for banning Maths books, is that the maths book story hasn't come over here. Twitter being bought managed to break into the British news-space, Maths books in Florida hasn't yet and because I don't social media, I tend to miss some of the more controversial stories if they aren't world ending. I'll be sure to give Florida a damn good kicking in the next article.

Twitter is basically a dumpster fire of the underinformed engaging in confirmation bias. At least if we have free speech on there, the idiots can cluster together over there and stay off this platform. I'll go and re-read Rane again and see what I've missed, perhaps I've misjudged her perky upbeat optimism about all things writing.
