I think you're right, it's difficult to compare Presidents and that's what made this a fun article to write. They both have things about them which appeal to their core base but repel their opposing factions. It's interesting to be outside it. Not many people can view Trump dispassionately and so it'll be interesting to see what happens if he tries Trump II - the Re-Oranging. If the Republicans can throw together a moderate then they might get independents on side.
