I'm interested to hear your views on this topic because I think you're likely in your twenties (based on your photograph) - that puts you squarely into this generation rather than slightly above it. You have come out seemingly unscathed and I'm intrigued to know how and why. What did you engage with? What did you reject? I was an early adopter of social media and I think I'm an early rejector too. I feel a lot more bulletproof now my life isn't constantly under scrutiny and my words aren't filtered by worrying who can see what.
I have an instagram account I rarely use and that's it - and I only got that back to remind myself other people existed during lockdown, it'll soon go back in the bin. Nobody needs to know that much about my life.
