I'm not a man, I'm a Penguin. And I was one of the writers who kicked back at your last article. Not necessarily to defend Andrew Tate - but to suggest some people are looking for consensus and teamwork and other people are looking to rile up their base supporters. If you look through the comments on this article, you'll quickly see where this piece fits.
I've highlighted this comment because I think that having boys brought up entirely by women is a fundamentally bad idea. Young boys need good men more than ever, especially at the moment. They need role models or they find people like Andrew Tate because they don't understand how to handle the very specific issues that males face in modern society.
If we're encouraging single parent families or making it easier for men and women to separate, then I think we should be making a concerted effort to ensure young boys are being socialised with men. Men are very good for children, rough-housing and dangling kids by their legs helps form the cerebellum and leads to better concentration. I think it would be very foolish to recommend women raise the next generation of boys alone - because of the law of unintended consequences.
Still enjoy your work. Still fundamentally disagree with much of your methodology. Will keep saying so.
