I'm not entirely sure that's legal.... I'm sure there's something in the law about authors always receiving attribution for their work in the public domain. What Flom is doing is profiting from the sale of a character (Harry Potter) without crediting the author. I suppose they could argue it was fair use but I think this might have legal people scratching their heads. I suspect a cease and desist letter might be on its way to Flom. Great article. :o)
