I'm not sure of the point you're making here.

Are you angry that I've suggested this? Do you think this is a genuine call to action? If so, it isn't. I have a generally tongue-in-cheek style of writing that is sometimes missed.

And I'm more than happy to live in a liberal society that tolerates people saying pretty much whatever they want. Including this - a hyperbolic statement made to show the ludicrous nature of extreme solutions. Here's a more explicit example.

The quickest way to usher in an era of world peace is to detonate 356 nuclear bombs. An end to to all wars everywhere. Peace would be all-encompassing. No fighting ever again. The cost is only the death of every living thing on the planet. A small price to pay.*

*The author does not endorse the end to all life on the planet via nuclear war.
