Israel does have military prisoners but I am not sure where you’re getting the 1000s of children being held hostage from. I would expect that to be more of a talking point for groups like Amnesty International and the UN or at least I would’ve heard about it ahead of you randomly needing it to bolster some half-assed demagoguery.
