It does address some of the relative power dynamics part way through - but the point is well made. There are legitimate ways to readdress the power differential, but my point is that in order to do so, the dialogue must be largely constructive rather than destructive. That's true regardless of whatever the power imbalance happens to be - and such a topic is complex and mutli-faceted, requiring good faith discussions by all involved.
