It may have divested all sorts of money from weapons contracts - but in the same way pissing in a hurricane might make a material change to the rain, it hasn't made a material difference to the outcome for those in Palestine. It might feel good, and it might be praise worthy - but in terms of consequences upon the war itself, I would suggest it's little more than negligible. The Biden administration hasn't altered what they're doing at all.
And perhaps there are a few grassroots activists who are still fighting the good fight, but I suspect many of them have peeled away because the effectiveness of what is being achieved at the global level does not marry up with the effort being exerted at the local level.
