It's a good argument; but I think that would only apply to people who were raped. It could be argued that procreation is (in most cases) voluntary and everything stemming from it is a consequence of such voluntary action. I suspect you'd also have to prove that the holding of a person in slavery in this way was of material benefit to the owner.... who is the owner here? The state?

I would suggest that if you cannot be forced to get an abortion on religious grounds (1st Amendment) then you cannot be prevented from getting one either. Such a decision is between a woman, her doctor and her conscience and is a matter of religion and therefore should be free from federal interference.
