It's a tough one. Roe is popular, but that doesn't mean those rights aren't built on a legal house of cards. They have been - and this has been a 50 year game of chess that should never have started... it began when the SCOTUS stepped outside of its mandate and made a political decision via Roe, if it does it again without being able to justify itself in law because the SCJ get carried away - I'm not sure the SCOTUS will survive. If the third branch goes up in flames, then the US have got a real problem. I mean, you guys have got a real problem already - but this sure as hell won't help. :o/
