It's an offhand reference to Jonestown which in my mind they've always been in Ghana and they've always drunk strawberry squash - the Significant Other Penguin has just informed me it was Guyana and they drank grape flavoured Kool Aid. It's this sort of whimsical attention to detail that makes my references difficult to both follow and verify. :o/
