It's not that they aren't trustworthy, its that we have decided pornography doesn't concern children - and for good reason I think. I'd argue that pornography does have a negative effect on society and on young men in particular, with knock on effects for young women too - and we should be having more discussions about this both from a health, society and feminism perspective.

You believe that this is an issue of trust - I don't. This isn't about trusting or not trusting these people, it's about what children take away from it. Anorexia is a terrible disorder but many of the people who have it do not believe it to be so. The same would be true of those who are chronically overeating and who are putting that information into the public. If we feel that's appropriate to let children be influenced by then fine, but I don't think it would help their development all that much. I feel the same way about OnlyFans.

There's nothing wrong with sex, nor is there anything wrong with having sex. However, where does one draw the line. Would it be okay for someone who is outspoken about their BDSM proclivities be headteacher and have that information freely available to the students? Sex, in and of itself is not harmful, however.... we're dealing with proto-adults , those who are forming their understanding of sex in a social context with each other and with (hopefully) neutral guidance.

There is no link between being an OnlyFans creator and being trustworthy. These are two mutually exclusive things with zero link - I'm sure there are trustworthy and untrustworthy people in the OnlyFans world. It's not that she cannot be trusted with children, it's simply that her life choices (continuing in the present) preclude her from being a suitable choice for a school community volunteer.
