Just going to throw an argumentative grenade into the mix - because that's what I do...

How in this instance is 'he should've worn a condom' any different from 'she shouldn't have worn that skirt' when a woman is attacked? In both cases it shifts the responsibility onto the victim of someone else's malevolence.
