Legal threats shmeagol threats - in the work that I do as part of the day job, I occasionally get letters from solicitors and once you've had the first one and realise they've got very little idea what they're talking about - you're good to go. A legal threat is only as good as the threateners knowledge of the law and in this case, that was non-existantl. People think it makes them sound threatening and bombastic, mostly it makes them sound like an idiot. This guy/girl was an idiot.
