London is excellent, apart from the total lack of friendliness of the residents.... the Queen does all right I suppose and Hyde Park is excellent, if a little swelteringly warm today. We might have the hottest day ever recorded in the UK today.
I'm afraid I don't have a submissions guide for my publication - you'll see that I'm the only writer that writes for it. Writing your own stuff through your own publication allows you to schedule your posts and maintain a regular supply of stories in advance. Some tricks for when you get more established.
I can however, highly recommend Alison (The celtic chameleon) and her publication The Authentic Eclectic... she's a damn good writer and editor and she's a fairly good tone match for work that features in the Arctic Circular. There are plenty of pubs out there and sometimes it helps to target a mix of big and small ones. I occasionally write for Illumination too - and they do a good job of promoting your work over long periods of time. Will be worth applying for both. :o)
