I don't ever really look at my income. I come here to write when I feel like it. Sometimes I get read, sometimes I don't. I'm mostly annoyed if I don't get read rather than what I get paid for it. I also don't ever visit Facebook or X on the grounds they're a massive waste of time - and even if Medium paid you $0.02 for a story that's a 100% increase in anything you'd get from people flogging your details to ad companies. :o)
