Men happen to be ONE of the categories of power - but also that power is entirely subjective. In the example I gave, the financial power rests with the woman in question but the masculine and seduction power is with the man. So whether or not you think he's seducing her to con her out of her money, or she's using her money as a way to enjoy sexual fulfilment with a young broke man is entirely dependent on your perspective.

The concept of equality (where this began) would mean both people need to be the same age, have the same ethnic background and the same economic resources. Each of those things pulls the power dynamic in a different way and each is subjective and prioritised. That's why identity games very quickly become a zero sum pissing context.

Misandry only really comes into play when your entire motivation is really to ensure that 'men' are always at fault. It means ignoring any and other arguments to the contrary and not exploring the complexities of life. These are complicated ideas that require complicated solutions.

Bottom line. Define 'position of power'
