Most people hope this, and most people vastly overestimate themeslves. The human capacity to be manipulated into violence and barbaric behaviour is well studied. In our minds, we hold tight to the idea that we're 'good' - without ever questioning what 'good' really is - and that's pretty much how they get you. Great article. :o)
