My understanding of the stats is that 44% of white women voted for Trump, and that 52% of the population who voted also voted for Trump. He managed to bring out the male voters, whilst the female voters didn't come out for Harris. More women stayed at home than men - had they not, Harris would've won by a landslide, I'm not sure what that does to your mathematical model of reasoning that everyone with a vagina is a reasonable genius, but everyone with a penis must be a fool.
There is no such thing as an objective stance - but we should endeavour to get as close to it as possible. Otherwise what happens is everyone talks to their own echo chamber and in that instance, if everyone agrees nobody is really doing any critical thinking. :o)
And yes, I'm very familiar with the 'I have nothing more to say' approach - its happened a lot in the last 4 years from predominantly left-of-centre people who believe they have a cogent argument but rapidly hit a Penguin wall of indifference. I don't think voting for either candidate in this instance was rational - it was like choosing between being punched in the face, or kicked in the chest. I would've shown up for Bernie Sanders.
