No. Feminism is a push towards gender equality. The reason you think it's defined by women is that you think it is a women's movement - this is one of the reasons why it strays into misandry and isn't succeeding or gaining ground.

Feminism cannot be defined by women - it has to be defined and worked at by human beings regardless of their sex - otherwise it it cannot achieve its stated aims.
