No. It makes it systemically racist - rather than mildly racist.

There's exactly a law against it. It's called the law of succession.

Apart from the inherited wealth and lands, living in a palace, having command of an army and church, job security for every relative of yours and being the person who signs the laws (and is therefore entirely above the laws of the land) there is nothing special about being the monarch.

Once again.... the monarchy and the PM are not the same thing. The difference between the US system and even the UK Government system is that these aren't racist by design. We can elect a black PM, we have BIPOC Chancellor, Home Sec and Mayor of London. The point is that we CANNOT elect a BIPOC royal. It is impossible. Even if we wanted to. Even if we all really wanted it. That is what makes it the most racist institution of all.

The entirety of the empire building between about 1540 - 1947 didn't help much either.
