No. It sets out to create a legal and social equity for men and women dependent on their needs. In some cases that involves men ceding power they unrightfully control and listening more - in some cases, it does not. You have failed to understand the main concept of feminism - and there are many women who don't. That's why I am not a feminist and I prefer the term 'gender egalitarian'. If it is a platform for just women then it misses the point of equity.
