No they’d be played by white actors who would be observably white throughout the film/play/musical. Alexander Hamilton wasn’t black - and the actor playing him didn’t ‘white up’ to play the role. Black actors might be available but that’s not the point here. The point is you either care about skin colour or you don’t. I don’t care one way or the other, any decent actor will do.
