Not making a stand for a serial rapist - because whether or not someone is a serial rapist has to be determined in a court of law. It cannot be determined by what is 'in the open' because we do not know what else is behind closed doors. We are, in effect, operating with half the information. Until ALL the information is presented, impartially and with expert witnesses we are making assumptions about what has or hasn't happened.

What you've got here is a Penguin making a stand for the process of trial and law - because that is the cornerstone of a liberal democracy and the foundation of a liberal society. I'll always make a stand for legal process - and I'll continue to push for legal process to be better.

Here's an example of why the public should not be involved in rape cases. https://medium.com/lucid-nightmare/a-deep-dive-on-a-footballers-overturned-rape-conviction-f528e3db67d9
