I actually have a bit of a soft spot for the Black Panthers, they were at least an open carry socialist group who did some fundamentally good things for poor people. I'd stop at arming everyone and saying 'go kill anyone who doesn't look like you'. How will you be able to tell white allies and white supremacists apart? Surely just easier for you to kill them all? Or for them to pre-emptively strike.
