But what are you doing with this funding? Are you going to use it to fund 'trans-sports' which is separate from Women's sports and men's sports? Or are you going to use your money to make sure Trans-women can compete with women?

You can't add money and pretend that solves the dichotomy. One group of people are demanding access to sports via inclusion in the same competitive structures. The other group of people are demanding those people can't compete because they believe it impinges on fairness.

Throwing money at it doesn't resolve the issue, it just adds money. You haven't provided a solution, you've provided a diagrammatic hedge.
