One has to wonder about the wisdom of a boat which allows people with drills to climb aboard. Unfortunately, in a liberal society, you need to find a way to convince everyone to take a position on the drill, the individual, and the general seaworthiness of the boat. In more autocratic societies you’d simply yoink the guy overboard or drill his eyes out.

The question remains, is the boat worth saving, have you got the mechanisms to remove the drill and if you do all go overboard, who might be around to pick you up in their boat - that one might not allow you to bring your own drills. This is the big test for liberal societies.
