Ooooh, I love it. Coming out swinging. These things are true... I have no doubt they are true - but that doesn't make them illegal. It might make them morally dubious (like pinky promising if the other team didn't nominate a supreme court judge in the last year of a presidency, you wouldn't either). Everything happening here is happening within the established rules of a democratic system - that sucks, but it remains the case.
There are hopefully things that can be done. Federal land (arguably) won't be subject to state law, clinics could be put there. States may move to ensure medical provision in the post but there are legitimate legal channels that can be explored there. What can't be done is overturning the rules because it hasn't given the result you want. Even if the result is undemocratic. We had a similar thing here with the Death Penalty. It was fairly popular when it was outlawed here - and continues to be surprisingly popular amongst the electorate (mostly for paedophiles and serial killers). Something being popular with an electorate is not a good precedent to set on overturning legal proess.
