Ooooh oooh! I agree with you Steve - CRT isn't helping much and overall is pretty toxic to the conversation. However you can't blanket ban something without a clear legal definition. So banning 'CRT' in colleges and universities doesn't take into account anything labelled as CRT by those with a vested interest in doing so.

Because you are black, it may be the case that everything you say can be dismissed as CRT by an overzealous policing of an amorphous construct.

I think CRT should be moderated - and it seems to be flawed in a whole host of ways, but I don't like it when laws get very unspecific - in the UK we have 'hate speech' laws which are notoriously difficult to police and causes all sorts of problems. See Count Dankula and Pugs for more.

Finally, an argument! Though not much of one. It's a principled disagreement right there. :o)
