Pratchett is my favourite author bar none, I've been reading him since I was a hatchling. Sometimes I'll be walking along in my every day life as a fully grown adult Penguin and a joke he wrote twenty years ago will finally slot into place in my life. It's been a joyous game of catch up with his intellect and wit. It was such a sad loss when he died - I got very upset, because it meant all my favourite characters and their entire universe was frozen in time never to grow or expand.
