She did indeed - and the problem with this came with the threat to do it. The act of calling the police wasn't racist. The language she used wasn't racist. If she had threatened to simply call the police this would not have been racist..... but what she actually did was threatened to call the police and tell them that an African American man was harassing/intimidating/threatening her. That's malice aforethought. Premediation.
