Simon is a legend. I'm all in favour of this sort of listening to playwrights and I'm glad it worked out for you and you got to really internalise the word 'travelling' as a result of this conversation. Writers love the power of words, particularly verbs and those of us with a working class background love Simon. I hope when he got to see the PM, he slapped him around the face for all the unnecessary cuts to theatre funding. :o)
