So it would be fair to say that person had an inherent genetic advantage? On what basis can you separate that genetic advantage out from other genetic advantages such as those afforded by male puberty? Or should we exclude that guy from competing in running events too because he's naturally good at it. Should we exclude the female world record holder because she has a genetic outlier component to her performance, something to do with muscles... how can we include genetic advantages granted by chance but exclude those less-advantaged by choice?
