There's a determination in the left to tack identity politics onto classic socialism that will hamper the advancement of both. I know which team I'll fight for - and I'm also aware that the right-wing have a vested interest in painting the occasionally batshit rhetoric of the woke as coming from classic liberals.

It needs to be rooted out, called out and distanced from the classic liberal position as soon as possible. There's nothing liberal about preaching tolerance with militant intolerance.
